Directions to Kanzeon Zendo

You can reach Kanzeon Zendo by the following means of travel:

• Fly to Chennai International Airport (India) and take a flight to Madurai. There are several domestic flights from Chennai International Airport to Madurai. From Madurai, it is a 3-hour taxi ride to Kanzeon Zendo. There are also a good number of buses from Madurai to Kodaikanal.
• The nearest railway station is Kodai Road, 68 km from Perumalmalai. It takes about 1 hour 40 minutes to drive from Kodai Road Railway Station to Perumalmalai. Approximate driving distance between Kodai Road Railway Station and Perumalmalai is 68 km.

We recommend that you ask the Kanzeon Zendo office to send you a taxi. It is safer and cheaper. You can also take a bus from Madurai to Perumalmalai.

Once you reach Perumalmalai, take the path on the left side next to Surya Hotel and you will reach Kanzeon Zendo. Or you can go to the Little Flower Montessori Kindergarten. The people in the school will show you the way.
